ALCS Game 4: New York Yankees vs. Texas Rangers Live Stream (Free Online Video)
Yankees vs. Rangers Live Stream: Game 4 of the 2010 American League Championship Series takes place tonight in New York, where the Texas Rangers will try to grab a commanding series lead. The Yankees are down 2-1 in the series following an 8-0 defeat against Ron Washington’s men Monday night as Cliff Lee improved his clean postseason record to 7-0, striking out 13 in 8 innings to help his side whup the Bronx Bombers. And needless to say, the 32-year-old southpaw’s potential value as a free agent this off-season grew even higher.
The Yankees say they will start A.J. Burnett tonight, who hasn’t pitched since October 2 and did not win any of his last six starts. It’s well known that the right-handed veteran did not have the season everyone was hoping for. He only made three starts against Texas this season, throwing 18 innings and allowing 16 hits and 5 earned runs. Tommy Hunter, meanwhile, starts for the Rangers, who need only two wins to reach the World Series. They are making it a habit of scoring runs quickly and New York must win three straight against their opponents to advance without facing Lee in a crucial Game 7 in Arlington.
The game starts at 8:00 p.m. ET.
UPDATE: The Rangers moved within one win of their first trip to the World Series with a 10-3 victory over the Yankees in Game 4 of the American League Championship Series.
