Because the panel used their one-time-only Judges’ Save power last week on Matt Giraud, two finalists had to be eliminated, and those two were first Lil Rounds, and then Anoop Desai.

Both singers were sent home after it was revealed they received the fewest number of viewer votes on the popular singing competition.

Allison Iraheta was the third lowest vote-getter after this week’s disco-themed performances.

Anoop, who tackled Donna Summer’s Dim All The Lights last night, impressed judges Kara DioGuardi and Paula Abdul and received mixed praise from Randy Jackson. But Simon slammed the 22-year-old college student.
