High School Musical star Ashley Tisdale shows off her nice figure in a bright yellow bikini on the January 2009 cover of Shape magazine.

The 23-year-old used to hate the gym and thought of it as torture. She looks fabulous!

“I’ve found I’m definitely eating better since I started working out more rigorously. It kind of happened naturally. I don’t really crave junk food that often now.”
