‘Back to the Future’ props and memorabilia to be auctioned off
This news is dedicated to all “Back to the Future” fans out there. If you have some money to spare, go to L.A. this December 15-17 and be the man to own some iconic props and memorabilia from the “Back to the Future” trilogy.
More than 100 collectibles from the 80’s film franchise will be up for auction, like Marty McFly’s cowboy outfit and hoverboard, futuristic Pepsi and Slice soda bottles, crew jackets, and t-shirts. But the best item up for grabs is one of the seven DeLorean time machines used on screen during the trilogy. The vehicle comes with a certificate of authenticity from Universal Studios and is expected to fetch between $400,000 to $600,000.
But if you don’t have the money to own a piece of Hollywood history, you can still get the chance to see the items at a location to be released. Part of the proceeds from the auction will benefit the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research.
