Black parents have three white kids
A black mother from Brazil has surprised scientists after giving birth to three albino children.
According to the Daily Mail, both Rosemere Fernandes de Andrade and her partner Joao are black, but three of their five kids are albinos. They live in a slum in Olinda and have been teased about their color by fellow school pupils.
Genetics professor Valdir Balbino, of the Federal University of Pernambuco, said the condition was very rare considering both parents and two other children are dark-skinned. Albinism affects around one in 17,000 people.
