Britney Spears paid a visit to the Ed Sullivan Theater on Tuesday (August 18) and presented the Top Ten List on “Late Show With David Letterman” in a little black bathing suit.

It was Britney’s first appearance on the show since she surprised Dave with a visit in 2006, just after her son Jayden was born. The 27-year-old pop star is currently taking a break and will resume her “Circus” tour in Canada, on August 20th.

“Three words: Vice President Diddy,” she said in summing up a simple formula for America’s success. Also on the list: “Free pies for everybody!” and “Costume changes between press conferences.” The top item on her list was: “The media would pay attention to me and care about what I’m doing.”

Donald Trump, actress Diane Kruger and country music star Billy Currington also appeared on the show.
