Sandra Bullock People Woman of the Year

Academy award winner Sandra Bullock was named woman of the year in People’s issue of the 25 most intriguing figures of 2010. The magazine’s year-end edition hits newsstands Friday with the 46-year-old actress on its cover.

2010 brought Bullock a Golden Globe, a SAG Award and an Oscar for her portrayal of Leigh Anne Tuohy in The Blind Side. However, her happiness turned to grief with news that her husband Jesse James had cheated on her. The pair were divorced and Bullock had custody of Louis, the baby boy she and James had previously adopted.

Also making the list as the year’s most intriguing figures are Kim Kardashian (the Entrepreneur), Elin Nordegren (the Class Act), Kate Middleton and Prince William (the Royal Couple), and Bret Michaels (the Ultimate Survivor).
