Small plane crashes near San Clemente Island

A small civilian aircraft crashed Friday off the Southern California coast. The U.S Coast Guard located floating debris and an oil slick in the ocean yesterday and was searching for survivors after the plane went down 30 miles off Oceanside.

Explosion destroys businesses in Bozeman

An explosion in Bozeman, Montana, damaged several downtown businesses Thursday morning, but there were no immediate reports of injuries. At least four businesses were destroyed in an explosion that was apparently caused by a natural gas leak and windows of several downtown buildings were shattered by the force of the blast.
