Charlie Sheen Wants To Leave Two and a Half Men
People.com reports that actor Charlie Sheen does not want to go back for another season of his top rating comedy show Two and a Half Men.
Sheen has a contract with the show that ends this season. He is currently one of the highest paid actors on television.
CBS is trying to negotiate with the actor for a renewal of contract. Some analysts now think that Sheen is trying to get for a higher salary since the show is still the most watched comedy show in the small screen.
Access Hollywood meanwhile is reporting that Sheen demanded 2 million dollars per episode. He is currently making $987,000 an episode and his contract renewal only offered 1.2 million dollars.
The actor is currently involved in a legal case regarding domestic violence. An incident where he apparently threatened to kill wife Brooke Mueller occurred last Christmas while on holiday in Aspen, Colorado. A trial date is scheduled on July 21.
