Dancer Wants $10 Million from Redskins’ Albert Haynesworth

A pregnant exotic dancer is seeking $10 million from Washington Redskins star Albert Haynesworth for allegedly running away from his responsibilities as a father-to-be to her unborn child. In court papers filed on Tuesday in a Brooklyn Supreme Court, 25-year-old Silvia Mena, who eerily looks like Salma Hayek, said Haynesworth promised to provide emotional and financial support after learning in late February that she was pregnant with his child.

Mena claims that she met Haynesworth during Super Bowl weekend in Miami back in February. Haynesworth, who signed a $100-million contract with the Redskins last year, allegedly invited Mena to his home in Tennessee after meeting in Miami.

Mena said the two-time Pro Bowl defensive tackle has not talked to her since late March, adding that the situation has caused her a lot of stress. “I cry all the time,” she said in an interview with the New York Post.

Haynesworth, who was the 15th pick in the 2002 NFL Draft, has yet to issue a statement or comment regarding Mena’s claims.
