We all know that Bill Gates waved goodbye at Microsoft and passed his thrown to Steve Ballmer as CEO just few months ago. But our old man can’t get his butt off the office. He was quietly creating a new venture called bgC3.
The company was originally called Carillon Holdings and was established on March 2008. The bgC3 name came up just this July, a few days after he left the top spot at Microsoft.

Nelly has teamed up with Akon, T-Pain and Pharrell Williams to form a rap super-group.
“Me, T-Pain, Akon and Pharrell are talking about doing a project,” he told MTV news. “We got a host of things we’re trying to do — possibly put together this new 2009 [Bell Biv DeVoe] type of thing.”

David Beckham will join Serie A giants AC Milan on a short-term loan deal, according to Adriano Galliani, the Italian club’s vice-president.
The LA Galaxy midfielder had been expected to train with Carlo Ancelotti’s side during the Major League Soccer’s (MLS) closed season, but Galliani says the former England Captain will also be available to play in Serie A and the UEFA Cup.

Harrods owner Mohamed Al Fayed has strongly denied claims of sexual offense on a girl under the age of 16.
The police, in their statement, said the alleged assault took place at a business in central London, and the allegation, which remains under investigation, was received in May.
The girl, who cannot be named for legal reasons, lodged a formal complaint alleging the Harrods executive forcibly kissed her.
She managed to escape his alleged advances, but as she left the room she claims he warned her ‘not to tell anyone’.

India’s victorious launch on Wednesday of its first lunar mission, the unmanned Chandrayaan-I, marked a dramatic step forward in its race with China to put a man on the moon.
Chandrayaan-1 — which means “Moon Craft” in ancient Sanskrit — launched from the Sriharikota space center in southern India in a two-year mission aimed at laying the groundwork for further Indian space expeditions.

The “Ballon d’Or” (French for “Golden Ball”) is given by France Football magazine to Europe’s top player. The current holder of the award, as selected in 2007, is AC Milan’s Kaka.
Ronaldo finished runner-up to the Milan midfielder last year, while Messi was third.

Josh Holly, the self-confessed hacker who bragged about breaking into Miley Cyrus‘ old email account was raided by the FBI, reports Wired.com.
Federal agents raided his Tennessee home and seized computer equipment after learning Holly has allegedly bragged to pals about flooding the Internet with racy Cyrus pictures.
Last December, Holly, who went by the screen names “TrainReq,” “Rockz” and “h4x,” gained access to a Gmail account Cyrus had once used (messagemebaby@gmail.com) and found images the Hannah Montana actress had allegedly sent to singer Nick Jonas of the Jonas Brothers.

The charts tell the story: Apple had a stellar year.
Apple Inc. said its revenue increased by 26 percent in its fiscal fourth quarter as the newest iPhone outsold the market-leading BlackBerry, the Associated Press reported.
For the three months ended Sept. 27, Apple’s profit climbed to $1.14 billion, or $1.26 per share, from $904 million, or $1.01 per share in the same period last year.
In reporting its third-quarter earnings, the company sold 6.9 million of its next-generation iPhone 3G in the quarter — more than the 6.1 million total first-generation iPhones sold.
