Satriani claims that the band copied portions of his 2004 instrumental “If I Could Fly” to use in their 2008 hit song “Viva La Vida”.

MANILA, Philippines — A total of 1,550 trucks were impounded in the Cagayan Valley region in a clear out against overloading since April, the Department of Public Workers and Highways (DPWH) said on Friday.

After a four-year legal dispute with MGA Entertainment, Mattel, makers of Barbie doll, won a court order prohibiting MGA from making and distributing Bratz dolls that were found to violate Mattel copyrights.
