David Boreanaz Sued by “Bones” Extra
David Boreanaz is in a legal bind after celebrity lawyer Gloria Allred filed a sexual harassment case against the “Bones” star in behalf of a former extra on the hit television show.
In court papers filed on Thursday, actress Kristina Hagan claimed that Boreanaz tried to kiss and touch her breasts before he masturbated and ejaculated in front of her. The incident allegedly occurred in September 2009 while Boreanaz and Hagan were inside his car. The harassment was repeated on September 29, with Boreanaz again touching Hagan’s breasts and stroking his manhood, court documents showed.
Boreanaz allegedly promised to find roles for Hagan, a struggling actress. However, the promised help never came until Boreanaz told Hagan that they had to “cool it” because his wife was starting to hear news about his infidelity.
The suit also names Fox and the “Bones” production companies as respondents for their failure to take action against Boreanaz.
A rep for the 41-year-old actor dismissed the allegations, saying that the “alleged inappropriate conduct by David Boreanaz are totally fabricated and absurd. There is no validity to this lawsuit.”
Boreanaz, who is married to former Playboy model Jaime Bergman, admitted back in May to having past affairs, including one with alleged Tiger Woods mistress Rachel Uchitel.
