Argentina earthquake

A 6.3 magnitude earthquake has hit the ocean floor between the continents of South America and Antarctica on Sunday at 8:00 a.m. (1200 GMT).

According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the quake’s epicenter was located in Drake Passage, around 354 kilometers southeast of Ushuaia, Argentina, at a depth of 21 kilometers.

There were no immediate reports of casualties or damage and no tsunami warnings were issued.
