Free Wi-Fi: Another reason to go to McDonald’s

McDonald’s just gave us one more reason to be lovin’ it!

Aside from its greasy burgers and fries, the fast food giant is now offering free wireless internet service at around 11,500 restaurants around the US.

McDonald’s used to charge customers $2.95 for two hours of Wi-Fi usage, but as of Friday (Jan. 15), it is now free and unlimited.

The company actually announced the free service last December, but it took about a month to actually bring it live. It was made possible with the help of AT&T.

McDonald’s will now become one of the hottest hanging out places for people (esp. bloggers) who enjoy accessing the internet in public—next to Starbucks of course.
