Phoenix Suns vs Los Angeles Lakers Live StreamPhoenix Suns vs Los Angeles Lakers Game 3: After defeating the Phoenix Suns in Game 1 of the Western Conference finals series, the Los Angeles Lakers took Game 2 with a 124-112 win at the Staples Center Wednesday.

Statistically, the Lakers are unbeatable in a best-of-seven series when winning the first two games. The Lakers are 41-1 in all of their series games while 46-0 under coach Phil Jackson. Needless to say, the Suns are really in deep trouble here, at least if you believe the statistics.

In Game 1, Kobe Bryant exploded with a 40-point finish. But on Wednesday, he became an assist man who finished with 21 points and a playoff career-high 13 assists. The 31-year-old shooting guard just became the first Laker to have 13 assists in a playoff game since Magic Johnson did it in the first round of the 1996 playoffs.

The Lakers, who benefited from Bryant’s passing, gave Pau Gasol a game-high of 29 points. Lamar Odom finished with 17 points, Ron Artest with 18, Andrew Bynum with 13 and Jordan Farmar with 11 points.

For Phoenix, it was Richardson who led the Suns with 27 points followed by Grant Hill (23 points), Stoudemire (18 points), and Dudley (15 points)
