‘Giant lady’ makes splash in Hamburg’s Alster Lake
Holidaying in Germany? Be sure to visit this enormous statue on Alster Lake in Hamburg.
The 13ft high and 98ft long floating sculpture is called the “Die Badende,” which is German for “the bather.” It is made from steel and styrofoam by artist Oliver Voss, and it will be on display until August 12.
