Grammy Hall of Fame’s Newest 25 Songs Inducted

Recording Academy National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences, presented its Grammy Hall of Fame awardees for the year 2009. The list ranges from the classics such as the lyrics “a kiss is still a kiss” from the song As Time Goes By of the movie Casablanca to the traditional Christmas song Feliz Navidad.grammy-award
Other notable songs include Twist and Shout, California Girls and It’s A Man’s Man’s Man’s World.
The Grammy Hall of Fame Award is a special Grammy award established in 1973 to honor recordings that are at least twenty-five years old and that have “qualitative or historical significance”. There are now 851 recordings in the Hall of Fame.
