Gwyneth Paltrow Glee Song Hits Number 1 in iTunes

Gwyneth_PaltrowShe already won an Academy Award and has made her debut at a country music awards show and now she made a hit performance in what is probably the most popular show currently shown in television.

Gwyneth Paltrow sang four out of the five songs that was featured in the November 16 episode of Glee entitled The Substitute where she played the role of a substitute teacher pitching in for a sick Will Schuester.

One of the songs, Forget You, a cleaner version of Cee Lo Green song F**k You, has hit number one in the iTunes store.

Speculations are now spreading that Paltrow may actually earn an Emmy Award for this stint in Glee and that she might make another guest appearance.

“[Gwyneth] and I want her to come back,” Ryan Murphy said in an interview with E! News. “It depends on [the] story…I love her.”

The storyline being seen for a possible return is a romance with the character Will Schuester.

The episode last Tuesday had 11.6 million viewers tuned in.
