Take a peek at Heath Ledger’s last film—“The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus.”

Directed by Terry Gilliam (Brazil, Twelve Monkeys), the film follows the leader of a travelling theatre troupe who, having made a deal with the Devil, takes audience members through a magical mirror to explore their imaginations.

The late Australian actor had completed about half of his work performing the role of Tony in the fantasy tale. His role was recast with Jude Law, Collin Farell and Johnny Depp portraying transformations of Tony as he journeys into a dream world.

The UK release for the film was due to release on June 6 but pushed back to October 16. It will hit U.S. theaters on Christmas.
