Henry Ian Cusick accused of sexual harassment

henry-ian-cusick-lostHenry Ian Cusick, who is best known for his role as Desmond Hume on the show Lost, has had a sexual harassment and sexual battery lawsuit filed against him by former ABC Entertainment employee named Chelsea Stone.

According to E Online the accusations claim that the Scottish actor groped her and made inappropriate sounds and gestures around her in October 2007 on the Lost set.

Plaintiff Chelsea Stone alleges that, on or about Oct. 16, Cusick “placed his hand on her buttocks” and then caressed her back “while making moaning sounds.” He then put his face in her cleavage and wagged his head back and forth, according to the lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court. He then touched her breasts with his hands and kissed her on the mouth, Stone says.

Henry Ian Cusick (born April 17, 1967) is a Scottish-Peruvian actor of stage, television, and film. For his role as Desmond Hume on the television series Lost, he has received a Primetime Emmy Award nomination.
