Television actor Adrian Pasdar was arrested in the wee hours of Wednesday, January 27, after being suspected of driving under the influence of alcohol.

He was seen to be driving his Ford F-150 along the Los Angeles freeway near Santa Monica Boulevard swaying between lanes and at a speed of 94 mph.

The California Highway Patrol pulled him over at 2:59 am and noticed an odor of alcohol from inside the vehicle. He was given a field sobriety test then taken to jail.

He was released at 8:30 am with a 15,000 dollar bail after reportedly refusing to take a breathalyzer. His court appearance for the DUI misdemeanor will be on February 24.

Pasdar is the husband of Natalie Maines of the Dixie Chicks. He plays Nathan Petrelli since 2006 on the television series Heroes, though the character has been killed off last November. He was hoping to make a comeback via flashbacks and to direct an episode.
