U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was taking part in a public discussion at a town hall in the Congolese capital of Kinshasa when suddenly she snapped on a student over a question mistranslated about her husband’s views on foreign policy, saying: “My husband is not secretary of state, I am.”
