		<description>When you&#039;ve been on the phone with customer support (say maybe for example, Dell!!!) for two or three marathon sessions while getting nowhere and learning you have to ship out your computer for repair at your own expense... At that point I&#039;d have been willing to pay double the computer not to have to deal with lousy customer service.  I&#039;ve had Apple service my ibook once the Apple Store and they with apologies, had to ship my ibook from Boston area, to Tennessee and back. They did so within a week, no charge to me, and with several components not only replaced but UPGRADED, at no cost to me.   Maybe HP is better, but why take the chance?</description>
