That's awesome, a country that regularly has citizens who participate in burning American flags and effigies of American leaders (including Obama: http://www. freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2163962/posts) wants an apology for Hollywood (largely and purely fictional) portrayals that they don't like?!

300 is a 2007 film adaptation of the graphic novel of the same name by Frank Miller, and is a fictionalized retelling of the Battle of Thermopylae. So it's just partially based on a true story.

I think that people must be more tolerant. The story on which 300 is based is a real story. So they shouldnt be complaining
