James Franco Returns to General Hospital
A star of the film franchise Spiderman will be returning in a role that he had previously played in a long-running television drama series.
James Franco will be playing again the role of Franco, a character that has the intentions of bringing mystery, murder and mayhem.
“We are so thrilled to welcome James back to General Hospital,” said Jill Farren Phelps, executive producer of the show. “We had such a great time with him and are very excited that he decided to return to Port Charles to take care of unfinished business.”
General Hospital is the second longest-running American soap opera currently in production and the third longest running drama in television in American history after Guiding Light and As the World Turns.
Franco’s character of Harry Osborne was killed-off during the third film of the Spiderman series, which incidentally is going on the reboot route for its fourth installment.
