Judge Issues Warrant Against Lindsay Lohan
It’s tiring to say but it has to be said. Here we go again.
Superior court judge Elden Fox has issued a warrant of arrest against actress Lindsay Lohan after she admitted that she has failed a mandatory drug test.
Lohan however is not required to be taken into custody until Friday, September 24, which is the date that the judge has set a hearing.
“Regrettably, I did in fact fail my most recent drug test. Substance abuse is a disease, which unfortunately doesn’t go away overnight,” she said via Twitter.
However, she said that she will take responsibility of her actions and that she will face the consequences.
Fox have said last month that the actress will have to spend 30 days in jail for each probation violation that she will commit.
Lohan failed the test just a few weeks after she was freed from jail. She spent two weeks in prison and 23 days in rehabilitation center, both short from her original sentence of 90 days each.
