Kate Gosselin Files for Child & Spousal Support

kate-gosselinOne of Kate’s divorse attorneys Mark Momjian says that, Kate Gosselin has filed legal documents in Montgomery County Court in Pennsylvania asking for child support and temporary spousal support in the wake of Jon Gosselin taking nearly $230,000 from their bank account — around the same time she filed an emergency petition asking a judge to force Jon to return $230,000 she claims he raided from their joint bank account.

“She needs relief in light of the draining of substantial marital assets in violation of the arbitrator’s decision that the money should be used only for specific purposes” says Momjian.

Kate’s lawyer says Jon and Kate are scheduled to meet with a court-appointed arbitrator on Tuesday.

And also, Kate is not asking for a specific amount of child or spousal support.

    Kate and Jon have only the judge to face with regards to all that's gone on. In court, the judge does not go by “he said, she said”, public opinion, who's the better parent etc… They both are going to be in for a big surprise and it ain't going to be pretty. They both are going to get blasted about their behavior, talk shows, and trying to self promote their sob stories about themselves.
    Kate's going to have to produce all of her sources of income, Jon the same.
    I don't believe that either parent is wild about full time with the kids. Kate's eyeballing a talk show and so is Jon- they're both addicted to the cameras. Also, there's no way Kate could possibly be the with kids full time because of her temper, wild mood swings etc…
    It's going to be 50-50 no matter how badly either parents behaved.
