Katherine Heigl was on stage at the ShoWest convention in Las Vegas on Thursday to receive the Female Star of the Year Award when one of the straps on her red dress broke, nearly exposing her left breast.

The 31-year-old actress managed to keep a smile as she grabbed the fabric to her chest and continued with her acceptance speech, before the night’s emcee, Billy Bush, stepped in to hold the strap in place.
