American Idol is Back! They’ve got some new interesting participants to add excitement and fun to the show. When I say fun, I’m not saying a William Hung and Reynaldo Lapuz kind of fun, although they always have a bunch of participants like them. American Idol premiered from Phoenix Arizona.

Ok then, Now meet Katrina Darell. The Bikini Girl!

Katrina Darell auditioned wearing just a two-piece bikini and the judges passed her through but opposed by Paula Abdul and Kara Dioguardi, the new American Idol judge.

Kara DioGuardi even belting out a Mariah Carey’s version of “Vision of Love” just to prove that the bikini girl couldn’t actually sing the song.

She’s going to Hollywood but I wonder if she makes the final cut, will she wear bikinis all the time?
