Kim Petras: The world’s youngest transsexual

A 16-year-old German pop star, who has wanted to be a girl since she was two years old, had a sex-change procedure—becoming the world’s youngest transsexual!

Kim Petras, born Tim, is famous in Germany for having started hormone replacement therapy as part of her gender transition by the age of 12. In November, she completed Gender Reassignment Surgery.

The surgical procedure was approved after psychologists confirmed that Kim was undeniably– a girl trapped in a boy’s body.

“Kim is such a case – she always knew what she wanted,” Dr. Bernd Meyenburg said.

The costs of her operation were covered by health insurance as her condition was officially diagnosed as an illness.

Kim said: “I was asked if I feel like a woman now – but the truth is I have always felt like a woman – I just ended up in the wrong body.”

“I can enjoy swimming, and bikinis, go in the changing rooms without a problem, everything has changed because of this operation. I just can’t wait to put on my favorite bathing suit and go swimming like I’ve never done before.”

Last year Kim was signed to Joyce Records and released online her first single “Last Forever”.

“I am very proud of what she has achieved, how she has managed to get there and how she sticks to her dreams no matter how hard and painful they are to follow,” her father Lutz said.

    I wish Kim happiness most of all. For those outside looking in I know it's hard if not impossible to understand. Her life is going to be a whole lot easier not trying to handle the boy-girl gender blender. I can only hope more doctors, more nations finally understand men and womens brains are different. With all the things that must go perfectly right for that itty bitty egg and tiny little sperm to change into a bouncing baby boy or baby girl sometimes not everything goes perfectly. Sometimes the wrong brain gets planted into the wrong body. Hopefully the world is beginning to accept the fact Mother Nature doesn't always get it right and a little push from the medical profession helps toward making that life a lot better.

    those who don't understand the trueth behind others who do yhis so called radical life change, should just either keep moving on or grow up and really investigate who they are condemming,before they become judges. EXAMPLE: I was born in a time that gender issues were not recorded.You instantly was a male no matter what. Now at age 37, I am diagnosted with KLINEFELTERS SYNDROME,which means naturaly I am a female.I have the same chromosomes of a perfectly healthy female but do to doctors I am a male…So you see not everyone is equal in life some of us have been cheated out on being who we really are or was ment to be…But not saying that there's not some who do it just because, Hay look around you.How many people that you run across everyday ,how many do you think they are doing what there doing just because they can, more than you think…..and no matter what you do in life someone is always going to have something negative to say about you….. If you don't know the truth behind why she has done this —don't worry, but don't judge others without judging yourselves first,I bet your not perfect either by any means……………………………Yes I am a trans and proud of it!!!!!!!!

    Klinefelter's syndrome doesn't mean you are genetically female. It means you chromosomes are XXY, rather than being XY. A healthy female is XX. The presence of a Y chromosome anywhere in your DNA makes you a male. So even if you are XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXY you are a male. Get your facts straight before you start ranting. You are a male just like Kim Petras is. If you don't like it be my guest, but you and him will always be males.

    She is not the worlds youngest transexuals. There are transexuals who are only one years old. She never used to be a guy, she has and will always be a girl, she was just born in the wrong body.
