First off, it is not a mullet, it is a shag…totally different decade.
Secondly, it will grow out people & color can be changed…this is how she makes her money.
Not to mention, I think the cut rocks on her & JJ.

First of all, she's already filmed “New Moon”; filming wrapped up in May of this year. She's scheduled to start filming “Eclipse” this August, 2009. And no, her hair won't “grow out” by August, that's less than two months. I'm still not sure if what she has now is a wig or not. It doesn't really matter because if it has been cut and dyed black, it can be dyed back to her nice auburn shade and she'll have hair extensions put back in. She actually wore hair extensions in both Twilight and New Moon so she'll look the same in Eclipse. She'll be fine to film “Eclipse” everyone, don't worry!

I think she looks beautiful. It will grow out before New Moon. She is a beautiful girl and even a Joan Jett crop hair cut looks amazing on her. If anybody could pull it off it's Kristen and she looks great.

I think she looks pretty cool. However, I love her hair longer (as it is in Twilight). I understand this cut is for a film role though. Kristen seems like a cool person, but I doubt she'd wear her hair like this if she didn't have to for the role of Joan Jett.
