Lakers beat Rockets 108-94 in Game 3 (video)

Kobe Bryant finished with 33 points Friday night and the Los Angeles Lakers ground out a 108-94 victory over the Houston Rockets in Game 3 of their Western Conference semifinal series.
Lamar Odom added 16 points and 13 boards for the Lakers, who took a 2-1 advantage in the series. Pau Gasol had 13, while Jordan Farmar notched 12 points 7 assists and 5 rebounds in place of the suspended Derek Fisher, who had been tossed from Game 2 for a hard foul on Luis Scola.
Houston’s Ron Artest had 25, while Yao Ming added 19 points and 14 rebounds.
Los Angeles will try to make it three wins in a row Sunday when Houston hosts Game 4.
