Lindsay Lohan Gets Out of Jail
Actress Lindsay Lohan has already left her solitary jail cell at the Century Regional Detention Facility and should be arriving anytime now at her next destination which should be the treatment center.
“She was released at 1:35 a.m.,” said Los Angeles Sheriff’s spokesman Steve Whitmore. “She has been sent directly to her next destination, which is a treatment center. And she will now be under the supervision of the L.A. County probation department. This concludes her custody.”
The actress was supposed to stay for 90 days in jail but due to a prevailing policy where non-violent offenders can be released early due to prison overcrowding, Lohan only stayed for 13 days.
She was convicted for violating her probation of her 2007 conviction for driving under influence.
Lohan, 24, will now be serving 90 days of rehabilitation at a facility at the UCLA Medical Center. If in case she will again violate any rules of her rehabilitation, she can be thrown back to jail.
