Mary-Louise Parker has a new boyfriend!

The “Weeds” star has gone public with Charlie Mars, a Mississippi-bred singer-songwriter she started dating in early June.

Sources told People.com that the couple were all but inseparable last weekend— spending some time in L.A. for the Emmys.

Before they started dating, Parker was a fan of the up-and-coming artist. She appeared in the music video for “Listen to the Darkside,” the first single off his album Like a Bird, Like a Plane.

The song is a romantic ballad about a man comforting his girlfriend. In a recent interview with Spin Magazine, the 45-year-old actress said the video was meant to have a “Wizard of Oz” feeling, whatever that means.
