Mayweather vs. Marquez
Everyone in the boxing world knows that the battle between Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Juan Manuel Marquez is one fight that should not be missed. A few hours from now, one of the two number 1s (Number One Mayweather and Numero Uno Marquez) will become number 2. The only way to find out is by watching the Mayweather vs Marquez Live Stream (and of course HBO’s PPV of the event).
“I guess I just missed boxing,” Mayweather said Saturday. “Somebody’s got to keep the sport up and running. Why not me?”
Yes, Mayweather left boxing by retiring 11 months ago. Whether he is coming back for the money or just for the love of the sport, one thing is for sure, there can only be one number one.
On the other hand, Marquez is the best among the active Mexican fighters that is why he is called Numero Uno. He is pretty much looking forward to this fight so that he can elevate his current stature to a higher level.
“I think Mayweather is going to come out with everything in the early rounds,” Marquez said. “He’s not going to wait. I know he’s been working hard in the gym and I know he’s very dedicated. It’s going to be a great fight.”
Both fighters respect each other. But when it comes to the ring, expect nothing but witty action. Both are very experienced and clever fighters. Mayweather is younger so he has speed at his side while Marquez can capitalize on experience and the fact that Mayweather just came back from retirement (hoping he is a bit rusty…).
The winner of this fight will most likely have a big chance of challenging the winner of the Pacquiao vs. Cotto fight in the upcoming months. But let’s not talk about that right now. I’m guessing the fight will end on Mayweather’s favor after 12 rounds.
If you are still looking for ways to watch the fight then there are only two. One is by purchasing PPV from HBO. Or two, watch Mayweather vs Marquez Live Stream here.
