Paul McCartney’s concert at Citi Field (setlist and video)

Last night, Sir Paul McCartney offered the first musical concert at Citi Field— the New York Mets’ new home. A lot of great tracks were not performed  but with a two-hour-plus, 33 song set, those present definitely got their money’s worth. He dedicated songs to John Lennon, George Harrison and Linda McCartney.

The last time Macca played at the Mets ballpark, he was still playing with his old band, the Beatles. That was in 1966—at Shea Stadium— on what would be the Fab Four’s last tour.

Paul brought out a special guest at one point—Billy Joel. Together they performed “I Saw Her Standing There.” The two rock legends high-fived before the song, and hugged after it.
