Elizabeth Lambert, a University of New Mexico soccer player has been suspended indefinitely for one of the more unsportsmanlike moves you’ll ever see in college soccer.

Video highlights have been airing nationally since Thursday night and not because it was a thrilling game but more on how Lambert played the game. In the clip below, you can see how she took BYU’s Kassidy Shumway down by grabbing her ponytail and pulling her backward.

But that’s not all, this girl is different. She can kick, she can punch and she can definitely tackle really hard. Watch the report by ESPN below:

In a statement released by New Mexico, The 20-year-old said, “I am deeply and wholeheartedly regretful for my actions. My actions were uncalled for. I let my emotions get the best of me in a heated situation. I take full responsibility for my actions and accept any punishment felt necessary from the coaching staff and UNM administration.”
