NHL Playoffs 2010: Detroit Red Wings vs. Phoenix Coyotes (Game 5)

Detroit Red Wings vs Phoenix Coyotes Live Stream Game 5

Red Wings vs. Coyotes Live Stream: Tonight’s game is turning point. The Western Conference quarterfinals between the Detroit Red Wings and the Phoenix Coyotes shifts back to Glendale with both sides tied up at two wins apiece. Phoenix took Games 1 and 3 while Detroit picked up victories in the even-numbered games.

Shane Doan, who hurt his right shoulder in Game 3, is still listed as questionable for the Coyotes and coach Dave Tippett will go with seven defensemen unless his captain, who did not skate Friday morning, is able to play.

“We will see where he’s at tonight,” Tippett said. “If we feel he is functional and can do the job we need him to do then he’ll play.”

The Coyotes played well but were shut out in Game 4. If Doan doesn’t play, can Phoenix muster enough power to avoid going back to Joe Louis Arena a game away from elimination?

The match kicks-off at 10:00 p.m. ET.

UPDATE: The Wings defeated the Coyotes 4-1 to take a 3-2 lead in the first-round Western Conference series.
