It looks like Jessica Simpson‘s ex is finally leaving his bachelor days behind. Fresh from his reunion with the drop-dead gorgeous MTV VJ Vanessa Minnillo, Nick Lachey has finally decided to sell his mansion of a bachelor’s pad.

According to entertainment news source TMZ, the $6.8 million estate is now open for prospective buyers. The Bel-Air home has an area of 5,214 sq. ft. and features an incredible swimming pool. The mansion also has four bedrooms.

Nick and Vanessa had broken up months ago, after a three-year long relationship. The couple have, however, reconciled recently and have been seen traveling together.
