No Fake Boobies for 4th “Pirates of the Caribbean”
Producers of “Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides” are getting picky with the female actresses of the fourth installment of the successful movie franchise. A report by the New York Post says that actresses with cosmetically-enhanced breasts are not welcome to audition for the female parts.
According to the report, the casting call released last week specifically ordered for:
“Beautiful female fit models. Must be 5ft7in-5ft8in, size 4 or 6, no bigger or smaller. Age 18-25. Must have a lean dancer body. Must have real breasts. Do not submit if you have implants.”
And how do the producers intend to test whether an applicant is collagen-free? actresses will be required to jog in front of producers, and if there’s no bounce on those breasts, its on to the next applicant. The fourth “Pirates” appears to be a departure from the first three films, where enhanced breasts abounded. So much so that Keira Knightly, who admits to being not “well endowed,” had to undergo cleavage enhancing make up work for about 45 minutes each shooting day.
“Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides” is expected to shoot on location in Hawaii and scheduled to be released in May 2011.
