OK! Magazine placed Michael Jackson’s dead picture on the cover
Oh My! OK! Magazine has published a possibly lifeless photo of Michael Jackson on the cover of its latest issue.
According to reports, the exclusive photo is said to have cost OK! magazine a whopping $500,000 or more.
There’s an unconfirmed report that a petition in court to have the sale of the magazine stopped is underway.
However, OK! Magazine’s editorial director, Sarah Ivens, defends the cover:
“It’s a photo that captures the surprise and the upset and the moment of this breaking news story . . . I hope the cover will provoke readers. It celebrated the man, but it also does expose that he was an eccentric character who lived a very controversial life.”
I don’t think the cover photo is necessary to pay a tribute to the “King of Pop”. It is not totally OK!
I won’t publish the photo here but if you want to see it then you can check it here.
