Police will file murder charges against one or more individuals and groups that were responsible for Michael Jackson‘s drug overdose, reports say.

Reports have shown that the pop superstar had numerous drugs in his stomach and system, one of which was Diprivan - a derivation of Propofol, generally used as anesthesia for medical procedures.

Terry Harvey, a friend of the Jackson family, has disclosed that the family is currently working with the LAPD in determining what entities were responsible for prescribing the drugs that led to Jackson’s demise. Harvey speculates that criminal charges will not amount to less than second-degree murder, given the circumstances of the events.

These developments are effectively giving significant credit for the theory of La Toya Jackson, Michael’s sister, stating that Jackson had been murdered as part of a scheme to obtain his fortune.
