Potential Lawyer Stuart Goldberg says Lindsay Lohan a “Fragile Lost Child”
A potential lawyer for troubled actress Lindsay Lohan described her as a “fragile lost child” and was convinced that she is not “tethered enough to the reality of adult consequences.” He then decided not to take over the case.
Stuart V. Goldberg met with the actress, her mother Dina and younger sister Ali to discuss the possibility of taking over the case.
“My impression of Lindsay is that she’s a fragile lost child – a sleeping beauty with her head in the sand. I found her not fully forewarned of the consequence of her actions,” he said. He further stressed out that the family seems not to understand the urgency and gravity of the situation, leading him to turn down on representing the former Disney star.
Lohan lost her former attorney Shawn Chapman Holley after the latter called it quits. She resigned after Judge Marsha Revel gave a 90 day jail term for the actress. Holley believed that the ruling was too harsh when Lohan “substantially complied with each of her probationary conditions.”
The actress is expected to start her jail term July 20.
