Premier League: Arsenal vs. Birmingham
Arsenal crushed Blackburn 6-2 last time out, and will be looking to do the same against Birmingham who will want to bounce back after three straight losses.
Alex McLeish’s Blues, who will be looking for a big performance in front of their new owner, Carson Yeung, are struggling to make the grade in Premier League action and are currently 14th in the table.
The Gunners will be without left-back Gael Clichy (ankle) and striker Nicklas Bendtner (groin) for today’s game, but goalkeeper Manuel Almunia should return from a virus.
The match kicks-off at 3:00 p.m. BST (10:00 a.m. ET).
UPDATE: The Gunners maintained their perfect home record this season with a 3-1 win over Birmingham. However, Theo Walcott was forced off before half-time after suffering a serious knee injury.
