Premier League: Chelsea vs. Blackburn Rovers

Chelsea vs Blackburn Rovers Live StreamChelsea vs. Blackburn Rovers Live Stream: Third-placed Chelsea lock horns with Blackburn Rovers at Ewood Park this afternoon on the back of a convincing Champions League defeat to Inter Milan.

The failure was hard to take for Carlo Ancelotti and his men, especially as it came against the Blues’ former boss Jose Mourinho. However, Ancelotti has told his team to forget about their crushing defeat and focus on becoming the seventh club in the history of English football to achieve the league and FA Cup double.

“We are in the semi-finals of the FA Cup and two points behind Manchester United but with a game in hand, so our destiny is in our own hands,” the Italian manager told Britain’s Daily Star.

The Blues will also need to win this game if they are to maintain their challenge for the title as defeat will almost certainly open the door for the Red Devils and Arsenal to take full advantage.

The West Londoners have won their last five Premier League games against Blackburn, since a 0-0 home draw in September 2007. But Ewood Park has been a fortress so far this season, and only two teams have gone home being victors. Blackburn’s home form has kept them away from the relegation battle so this will be an intriguing contest.

The Mighty Blue & Whites will be without goalkeeper Paul Robinson after he tore a calf muscle against Tottenham, while Ancelotti has no fresh injury concerns.

The match kicks-off at 16:00 GMT.
