Rachel Uchitel (picture below) has been identified as the woman that Tiger Woods is allegedly having an affair with.

Woods was taken into Health Central Hospital for sustaining facial lacerations after a car accident on Friday. But according to TMZ.com, the world’s No.1 golfer and his wife, Elin Nordegren, were fighting in the early morning hours after Thanksgiving before Tiger left and smashed up his vehicle.

The question at hand is whether or not the Grand Slam champion and his spouse were arguing over the sexy wannabe celeb.

When the police arrived two minutes after the incident, Woods was already lying in the street. They noticed some cuts from his lips, blood in his mouth, and the pro golfer going in and out of consciousness.

The Florida Highway Patrol car is already investigating the incident. No charges have been filed yet.

Uchitel, 34, has a reputation of dating married celebs. She was previously linked to TV star David Boreanaz, best known for his role as Angel on Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
