Rafael Nadal’s 31-match winning streak at Roland Garros is over!

The four-time defending champion crashed out of French Open Sunday, losing to Robin Soderling of Sweden in the fourth round.

Nadal rallied from one set down to level the score by surviving a tiebreaker in the second. But Soderling was not intimidated to win the following two sets and a tiebreak in the final set, crushing Nadal’s hopes for a record fifth straight title in Paris.

With Novak Djokovic also losing, the weekend’s big winner has to be Roger Federer, shooting for his very first French Open!
