Kodak Sues Apple and Blackberry

Camera maker giant Kodak has sued both Apple – maker of iPhone and Research in Motion (RIM) – maker of Blackberry for alleged digital imaging technology infringement. Kodak filed the case at the International Trade Commission in the United States.
