Caroline Wozniacki ended Melanie Oudin’s run at the U.S. Open, eliminating the teen sensation with a 6-2, 6-2 victory that puts her in the semifinals of the tournament. Wozniacki will play for a berth in the final against 19-year-old Belgian Yanina Wickmayer.
Juan Martin Del Potro blew past Juan Carlos Ferrero 6-3, 6-3, 6-3 at the Billie Jean King USTA National Tennis Center. He will play Marin Cilic of Croatia in the final eight.
